The 2016 dmi:Academic Design Management Conference (ADMC16) will facilitate a diverse, rich, and provocative dialog between academic researchers and design practitioners in industry; the goal being to surface opportunities for new connection, combination, cooperation and collision.

Webjunto’s founders, Liz Brown and Jedi Weller, have been invited to participate on a panel discussion at this year’s conference in Boston!

Session Description:

The field and opportunities for designers has become diverse and demanding. How do educators and institutions ensure preparedness and keep up with the fast pace of change. Join a diverse group of panelists representing Industry, Design Mgmt Education, Entrepreneurship, as they discuss and debate how their education did or did not prepare them for what they are doing, what’s needed today to prepare students (young and experienced) for the workforce now and in the future.
