Webjunto announces its separation into two industry-leading companies

New ventures will be well-positioned for growth and continued collaboration

 

Philadelphia, PA (February 28, 2018) – Webjunto has announced that it will be closing its doors as a design and development service provider. Since 2014, Webjunto has been recognized for being one of the most diverse and inclusive tech companies in the region; In 2017 it was named Best Tech Workplace for Diversity in Philadelphia at the Timmy Awards. Co-founders, Liz Brown and Jedidiah Weller, will be moving forward with two independent companies. Additionally, Brown and Weller will continue to co-organize their community-driven meetup group, the Philadelphia Junto Meetup

“Having served more than 100+ clients and 20 million users globally, we have learned a lot about the needs of startups and consumers,” said Jedidiah Weller.  “As we move forward with our new ventures we will both continue to serve global startup and entrepreneurial communities with more focused approaches that fit our personal goals as individuals,” said Liz Brown.

In the immediate future, the present team will be working together to plan next steps, and support one another through the transition. Brown will be developing a creative collective that will continue to work on user experience driven projects. Weller will be launching an agency focusing on streamlining product development for software-driven businesses. Both companies aim to coexist and collaborate as industry leaders that will carry on the values that brought them together.
