In the summer of 2017, Billy took a blind leap into the quality assurance position at Webjunto. He used his adaptability and troubleshooting skills to learn and develop the role of a QA engineer. In addition to the quality assurance role, he took on managing the office 3D printer. While experimenting with the printer, he printed various items, including Apple pen cases, custom fit phone stands, and even a chess board. As a result of his outstanding performance as QA engineer and 3D print manager, Billy was soon offered a full-time position in the fall of the same year.

In his full-time position, Billy led the initiative to create an internal bug tracking system for both the design and development teams to utilize. With his background as a technician, he increased the company’s network stability, created new security protocols for the internal device library, and worked with the company co-founders to set up security measures for both the office space and company equipment.
