An ideal candidate is a UI/UX designer passionate about designing world-class user experiences. You will expected to deliver and contribute to solutions that enhance the in-app experiences and enable our teams to build mobile apps easier, faster, and more efficiently.

Opportunities to work on multiple aspects of projects are available for designers that enjoy the flexibility of trying new things. From time to time, our multifaceted design team also takes on brand strategy, brand identity, print materials, etc; We do our best to match all projects with designers that express an interest or showcase the skills needed to execute the work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years as UI/UX designer or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in delivering quality user experiences
  • Strong knowledge of design thinking and psychology of design
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Must have experience designing mobile and web applications
  • Must provide link(s) to samples of work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Comfortable working directly with clients
  • Experience with collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Knowledgable in regards to app store requirements for iOS and Android
  • Ability to give direct and honest feedback to teammates
  • Familiarity with ADA compliancy and usability testing
