Jean is an information architect (IA) and user experience (UX) designer from Philadelphia, PA. She received her master’s degree in information architecture from Indiana University, School of Informatics and Computing. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in aviation from Elizabeth City State University, NC.

As an IA and UX designer, she is passionate about creating and constructing the structural design of information environments, such as websites and mobile devices. Her goal is to make the user experience both enjoyable and easy to use, while making platforms that people love.

At Webjunto, Jean translated target audience and client goals into functional creative components through UX strategies and methodologies. She implemented design thinking by identifying user needs through discovery and requirements gathering.
