Archaeologist turned front-end developer, Elizabeth is a self-taught coder active in the Philadelphia tech community. After learning how to code with the help of Girl Develop It (GDI), she now empowers other women to learn to code through teaching and speaking engagements with the GDI Delaware and Philadelphia chapters. Her career change started with an internship and subsequent full-time position at a digital branding and advertising agency in Delaware before she moved into the startup world with Webjunto.

Elizabeth is a huge web accessibility advocate and she strives to create compliant web applications and sites that are accessible to all users. She is an HTML/CSS expert and you can find her researching the latest front-end frameworks and technologies in her spare time. A native Delawarian and graduate from the University of Vermont with a degree in Anthropology, Elizabeth decided to settle in Philly after traveling extensively for archaeology.
